Field Commissioning As technology advances and develops as well as resources become scarcer, longevity and tenure transition into new roles, or even retire; you can count on Rust Field Service Team to confidently commission your instrumentation. Did you know that when our service team commissions a new instrument from Endress+Hauser, that this automatically extends the factory warranty from 1 year to 3 years on most devices. In addition to this, you can have confidence that your configuration of the parameters has been confirmed to your request and best practices are in the forefront of our competent team.
The offering doesn't stop there, because the parameters of your device will be saved into a database for future support. In the event you need technical support, the team of engineers can have insight to help you more effectively as they can review the detail of your device moments. Should you need a device reprogrammed or replaced to be setup the same way, we can support this without even having to communicate with the previous device. This type of support and documentation can give you the confidence to keep your operations up and supported with reliability. |

Dräger Fixed Gas Detection ServicesWe offer on-site services for Draeger Fixed Gas Detection units. This service includes various disciplines from Commissioning, Calibration, Verification, & Troubleshooting. It is important to understand that many safety devices such as these have a limited sensor life. Prior to executing on-site verification & calibration services you will want to work with our team to ensure gases are procured beforehand. In many cases it is prudent to have a replacement sensor in the event the sensor is end of life or beyond manufacturer’s limits. Our sales team can assist in sensor replacement by contacting sales@rustco.com.
